PARIS VIII

Once a segmented four bedroom flat, this apartment was transformed into an elegant family home through a strict color code, attention to scale and use of materials. The apartment present a gradation of greys which take shape and form through cement, concrete, liquid metal finishes and glass. Wood is juxtaposed with the grey hues in the European oak of the continuous floor and some of the seamless joinery units which were designed and built for all rooms, included the kitchen and the bathrooms.

CORRIDOR TO PRIVATE ROOMS

Metal slats provide a backdrop to the concrete polished walls and the oak timber floorboards while breaking the recessed light coming from the ceiling.

INTERNAL FOYER

Thin vertical metal and timber slates create a closed enclave seamlessly covering all doors to private rooms.
